Who is Antoine Stephenson?

Thanks for taking the time to make it to this point. It is my pleasure to introduce myself. Who am I? Antoine Stephenson (I’m sure you’ve guessed that much). However, allow me to introduce you to what I do as your next photographer.

 I’ve been shooting professionally since 2015. I specialize in creating “that” moment. I thoroughly enjoy creating my clients photographic vision.  I enjoy discovering the uniqueness of the person I've been hired to photograph.

Although we all love the perfect pose, my goal is to capture the emotion of a moment. I believe that allows the essence of the person in front of me to shine through. I love to photograph the moment between poses. That split-second, when you come down from a laugh, and you are your authentic self.  Those moments are what really bring out the emotion in my photography.

My background in graphic and web design allows me to provide your vision as is, turn it into editorial prints, website and social media content, or as branding for your business.

Do you have a Make-Up Artist?

We love having our own make-up and hair services on our team. This insures that we can guarantee the look. Also working with our own artist allows us to get you the best price on those services.

Do you help with posing and concepts?

Short answer, of course. Before every shoot we like to get a recent photo of the client/s and then develop the treatment and moodboard for the looks we want to achieve. On shoot day we help with posing and 9/10 we have the photos going directly into our laptop for instant review of what we are getting.

What is a shoot day like?

We believe in laughter and comfort. We like to keep the day flowing. It can be nerve racking to be in front of a camera but we promise everyone is nervous when you start but everyone leaves having a great experience and most of our work is return customers or referrals.

Do you have your own studio?

We are proud to have a partnership with the studio space Midtown Collective. We love working with them as they have their own lobby, dressing room and ample free parking.

How do you handle booking?

We use a CRM system that handles sending you your packages/pricing, payment, and communication. If you’re waiting on an email make sure to check your spam as sometimes communications do end up there.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course. At ASP one thing we hold dear, is our client’s comfort. If you want to bring a friend, partner, spouse, that’s perfectly fine. We typically have staff at your photoshoot also to help you prepare and for a second set of eyes on your shoot day.

The Process

 

Photoshoots can feel daunting if you've never done one. Even if you have sometimes there are still questions. Let's breakdown how we set up your shoot what to expect in the end.

 
 

1: The Inquiry

 

So you've decided to shoot with me, first off awesome, now let's get to work. Click the button below, and fill out the form. One of our team members will reach out to discuss the concept, timeline, and budget of your shoot.

2: Schedule Your Shoot

 

We've agreed on the concept, timeline and now we plan your shoot. The location, the shoot day, will you be needing one of our talented hair and makeup artists, or stylists? We have a network of vendors to save you from finding someone. Do you have your own? No problem, we love meeting new artists.

 

3: Shoot Day

 

When you arrive we will meet you in the parking lot of our midtown studio. Help you with any items you may need to move and then get you prepared. Most shoots take at least 1.5 hours so I usually say budget 2-3 hours for your session.

If we are doing make-up in studio, that usually takes about 45-60 minutes.

Pro Tip: Go to sleep earlier the night before. Drink a lot of water and avoid tight clothing (it leaves lines on the skin). If you are planning on doing a shoot that needs to show skin.

 

4: Review Your Photos

 

That wasn't so hard, was it? Now that the shoot is over what to expect. Unless otherwise agreed upon we take about 2-3 weeks to deliver previews of your session. These photos will be delivered digitally to our online, password protected (optional) gallery. You make your selections and we get to work finalizing everything.

 

5: Delivery

 

Whether you choose digital or print delivery we take time to finalize and work on your imagery. While we don't retouch all the photos we do make sure to clean up any obvious distractions. Your prints will be matted and placed in a protective cover to ensure your photos are safe until you're able to get them on your walls. Then we plan the next one...

Commercial Portrait Sessions

Commercial photography is something we love to do. Whether it’s editorial or product shoots we love to work with companies to complete their vision.

Price Range: Custom quotes available.
Most shoots average about $2,000

Personal Portrait Sessions

Non-Commercial projects is what our foundation was built on. We like to take every client and give them the celebrity treatment. Our speciality is portraits but we also do maternity and family portrait sessions for a select clientele.

Price Range: Starting at $750 for our exclusive packages

Headshots

Headshots can be for an individual or be for a company. Day Rates available as well as bulk pricing.

Price Range: Starting at $250 for individuals.
